Cheshire Fitness Club will be offering up new courses for 2012: an AquaZumba class will be taught by a new instructor, Sadie Simpson on Thursdays from 5:30 – 6:30pm starting Jan 5th. Sadie is certified in this fun water class that will have you smiling from ear-to-ear!!
Also, Jeremy Mahon (new Personal Trainer) will be offering Total Body Training Camp starting on January 9th, from 6:30 – 7:30am on Mondays and Fridays. The cost is $120 and the Camp will only take 6 participants. Sign up at the Member Services Desk.
We are introducing a New Class for the 12:30 – 1:30pm time slot – Strengthen & Lengthen with Kelly McClellan on Wednesdays and Fridays, and on Mondays, the class will be taught by Joyce Schwarz (a new instructor from Black Mountain Yoga).
