Black Mountain, Montreat and nearby communities in Western North Carolina have a steady influx of visitors attending conferences, vacations and enjoying the charms of this beautiful, natural environment.
To accomodate visitors and guests who will be in the area for a short time, but do not want to join a club for short time periods, the Cheshire Fitness Club offers daily, weekly and monthly rates for guests to the area. These rates include all of our facilities (pool, workout area, sauna, racquetball court and classes). Childcare is available for $3 per child (1.5 hour limit) on a space available basis. Guest members are entitled to use the facility during our regularly scheduled hours (no limitations) and may come and go during the time of their guest membership period. We do not provide towel service, so we ask that you take care of bringing your own if you plan on showering or swimming. The management reserve the right to ask for reasonable behavior from guests as well as members and if you have unsafe, loud or inappropriate behavior, the staff are entitled to ask you to leave.
